If you don’t like a wine, you don’t pay for it.
Just let us know. We'll credit the price of the wine to your account and, if you have any remaining bottles of that wine, we'll collect the remainder.

If you find the same wine cheaper elsewhere, we’ll refund the difference.
If you order a wine then see it advertised for less within 30 days, email us or mail us a copy of the advertisement and we'll refund you the difference.

Guaranteed delivery.
If you live within a metropolitan area, we can deliver within 5-7 working days, usually faster. Outside of that, depending on where you live, delivery can take between 10-16 working days to other areas of Australia. We can deliver to your home or office if you prefer. Our drivers will find a safe place to leave your wine but if it does get stolen we will replace or refund anything you order but don’t receive.
