What if I try a wine and don’t like it?
If you don’t like our wine, you don’t pay – it’s as simple as that.
Just let us know and we’ll arrange a credit to your account and collection of wine.
What if I’m out during the day whilst you deliver?
We can deliver to your home or office. If you are not at home, our drivers will find a safe place to leave your wine but if it does get stolen we will replace or refund anything you order but don’t receive. All wines are fully guaranteed against breakage or loss in transit.
What if I find the same wine cheaper elsewhere?
If you order a wine then see it advertised for less within 30 days, email or mail us a copy of the advertisement and we'll refund the difference.
How long does it take for my wine to arrive?
Guaranteed delivery.
If you live within a metropolitan area, we can deliver within 5-7 working days, usually faster. Outside of that, depending on where you live, delivery can take between 10-16 working days to other areas of Australia. In outlying areas delivery will be made to your local agent.
